Returns & Refunds
VGlow Beauty Bar is dedicated to creating products to bring back life into skin, allowing its own amazing regeneration abilities to take over, replenish, restore, and revitalize.
We understand and appreciate that when you are purchasing our products, you are
making an investment and that not every product will work for every person. For this
reason, we have created what we hope is a return policy that strikes the right balance
between flexible and sensible.
RETURNS
If you're not completely satisfied with a product: Please send an email to vglowbeautybar@gmail.com stating your intent to return an item or items including your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please notify us immediately just in case you received a defective product/s.
To be eligible for refund or exchange:
Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A copy of your receipt from VGlow Beauty Bar must be included with the return.
Please Note: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. retinol) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product. Trial kits are not eligible for returns.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we'll notify you. We'll inspect the product for any damage or signs of use. After inspection, we'll share the status of your refund with you immediately.
If your return is approved, you'll receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. VGlow Beauty Bar reserves the right to change and update this return policy at any time.
